摘要
生物发酵工程是现代生物工程技术之一,目前,它在蕈菌生产中已得到深入研究和广泛应用。本文通过回顾蕈菌液体发酵的研究历史,提出了适合液体发酵的蕈菌种类,概述了有关食用、药用蕈菌的液体发酵研究状况,展望了该技术在我国蕈菌生产中的应用前就。
Bio-fermentation engineering is one of the modem biotechnology.It has been intensively studied and widely applied in mushroom production.Based on the review of research history of liquid fermentation for mushroom,the mushroom species suited for liquid fermentation were put forward,the research status of liquid fermentation about edible and medicinal mushroom were summarized,and its application prospects on mushroom production of our country were described in this paper.
