逆行性可膨胀髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折 被引量:3

Treatment of femoral shaft fractures with retrograde expandable intramedullary nailing system

摘要 目的探讨逆行性可膨胀髓内钉在股骨干中段及中下段骨折治疗中的临床疗效。方法对9例股骨干中段及中下段骨折患者采用逆行性可膨胀髓内钉进行内固定。结果 9例均获随访,时间10~18个月。骨折均愈合,时间2~6个月。膝关节功能按Lysholm评分为74~94分,优6例,良2例,可1例。结论逆行性可膨胀髓内钉治疗股骨中段及中下段骨折创伤小,关节功能恢复较快。 Objective To stndy the clinical effect of retrograde expandable intramedullary nailing system in treatment of femoral shaft fractures. Methods 9 cases of femoral shaft fractures were treated with retrograde expandable intramedullary xlailing system. Results All the patients were followed up and ranged from l0 to 18 months. All the fraclures shnwed union. The lime required for union ranged from 2 to 6 months. According to Lyshohn scoring system,6 patients oblained excellent resuhs,2 good and 1 fair. Conclusions The retrograde expandable intramedullax7 nailing system is sale and effeclivefor femoral shaft fractures with the benefits of limited invasion and less complications.
