摘要
为测定梅花鹿油脂肪酸组分含量 ,将熬制处理后的梅花鹿油 ,经甲酯衍生化后用气相色谱分析测定其脂肪酸组成 ,测定表明 ,梅花鹿油中各脂肪酸组分含量分别为 :肉豆蔻酸 5 83% ,十四— 5—烯酸 1 87% ,十五烷酸 3 2 9% ,十五碳烯酸 1 0 0 % ,软脂酸 35 81% ,十六— 9—烯酸1 49% ,十六二烯酸 1 84% ,十七碳烯酸微量 ,硬脂酸 11 49% ,油酸 31 2 8% ,亚油酸 3 72 % ,亚麻酸 0 5 6% ,不饱和脂肪酸占总量的 43 60 %。并对几种动植物油脂与梅花鹿的脂肪酸含量及品质进行了分析。
The paper is a report on the fatty acid of oil of sika.Sika oil is obtained by the heating method in sika fat.The derived sika oil from carbinol esterifying was detected with the gas chromatograph.The results detected by gas chromatogram displays these fatty acid form and content in per 100 mL sika oil.There are thirteen kinds of fatty acid that have been detected.Thereinto,14:0 5.83%,15:1 1.87%,14:9 1.84%,15:0 3.29%,15:1 1.00%,16:0 35.81%,16:1 1.49%,16:2 1.84%,17:0 minim,18:0 11.49%,18:1 31.28%,18:2 3.72%,18:3 0.56%.The content of unsaturated fatty acid is 43.60% of the total.
