家蚕蛹脂肪酸成分的气相色谱-质谱联用分析 被引量:10

摘要 家蚕蛹脂肪酸对人体具有多种药理作用。采用有机溶剂提取家蚕不同杂交组合、不同性别的蛹脂肪酸,经甲酯化后用气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)对脂肪酸成分进行鉴定分析。结果表明:月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕榈烯酸、软脂酸、α-亚麻酸、硬脂酸为5个家蚕杂交组合的蛹脂肪酸共有成分,其中相对含量最丰富的是α-亚麻酸;在G1白×C108和C108×大造(雄性)的蛹脂肪酸中检测出壬醛酸;在菁松×M-2的蛹脂肪酸中新检测出9-十二碳烯酸;壬醛酸、月桂酸、9-十二碳烯酸为首次从蚕蛹脂肪酸中检测出的成分。 Fatty acids from silkworm pupa have various pharmacological functions.In this study,organic solvent was used to extract fatty acids in pupa from silkworms of different hybrid combinations and from different sexes.The extracted fatty acids were analyzed and identified with gas chromatography and mass spectrometry after saponification.The results showed that dodecanoic acid,myristic acid,palmitoleic acid,palmitic acid,α-linolenic acid and stearic acid were common components of 5 hybrid combinations among which the relative content of α-linolenic acid was the richest.Azelaic semialdehyde was detected in pupal fatty acids of G1 bai×C108 and C108×Dazao(male) for the first time.And 9-lauroleic acid was also detected in Jingsong×M-2 for the first time.Azelaic semialdehyde,dodecanoic acid and 9-lauroleic acid were found in silkworm pupal fatty acids for the first time.
