摘要
为了解不同大麦品种冠层温度及光合生理特性,应用红外测温仪对大麦植株开花至成熟期的冠层温度进行长期观测,并测定功能叶的叶绿素含量和光合性能。结果表明,自然界大麦品种的冠层温度存在明显差异,95-83、D-18、法瓦维特持续偏低,甘啤4号、哈瑞特、99-6持续偏高。冠层温度持续偏低的大麦品种在花后功能叶片的叶绿素含量、净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率等方面具有显著优势,且叶绿素含量、净光合速率下降缓慢。由此可见,大麦冠层温度与其光合性能密切相关。
In order to investigate the characteristic of canopy temperature and photosynthetic physiological of barley varieties,used infrared radiation thermometer to observe the barley's canopy temperature during the flowing to ripening for a long time,and surveyed chlorophyll content and photosynthetic performance content of the functional leaves of barley during grain-filling period.The results showed that the canopy temperature of different barley varieties population were markedly different.95-83,D-18,and Favorit were constantly low,and Ganpi 4,Harrington,and 99-6 were constantly high.The low canopy temperature barley varieties were better in chlorophyll content,the net photosynthetic rate(Pn),transpiration rate(Tr),stomata conductance(Gs) after flowering,declining slowly in chlorophyll content and the net photosynthetic rate at the late stage.It is considered that the canopy temperature of barley is closely related with a series of important Physiological characters of barley.
