摘要
用低能离子束诱变烟草总DNA,并通过烟草反转录转座子Ttol的qPCR和IRAP分析其遗传多态性变化。结果表明,小剂量低能离子注入能够提高种子的发芽率。部分样品遗传多态性得到较大幅度的增加,为选育新品种提供了较好的诱导工具。
The low-energy ion beam was taken to induce total DNA of tobacco,and the qPCR(Quantitative real-time PCR) and IRAP were used for analyzing the genetic polymorphism of retrotransposon Ttol in tobacco.The results showed that small-dose exposure of the low-energy ion can promote the germination capacity of the tobacco seeds;the genetic polymorphism of some samples had large increase.So,the low-energy ion beam irradiation is a good inducing tool for selecting new variety.
