摘要
利用中国原子能科学研究院HI 13串列加速器产生的12C重离子辐照玉米自交系478干种子,在经20Gy剂量辐射的M1代中产生了一株双胚苗。应用随机多态性DNA(RAPD)分析技术,观测到双胚苗的大、小苗之间及其与亲本自交系478在RAPD指纹上存在着差异,从分子水平上初步证实了双胚苗为自交系478的变异类型。
The twin seedlings come from M_(1) generation of dry seeds of inbred line 478, which are irradiated by^(12)C heavy ion produced by HI-13 tandem accelerator of China (Institute) of Atomic Energy. By means of random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD) method, the results show that the bands of the large seedling of the twin seedlings are different from that of the small one, and there are different bands compared with their parents, inbred line 478. The (above) results show the twin seedlings are a new variety of inbred line 478 in the molecular levels.
