摘要
目的比较麻口皮子药中总黄酮的不同提取方法并进行含量测定,为地方药材资源的合理开发利用提供实验依据。方法以510 nm为检测波长测定吸光度,比较回流法提取、超声提取和浸渍法提取所得总黄酮的量。结果回流法提取所得总黄酮量较多,对照品溶液质量浓度在0.42~4.2μg/mL范围内与吸光度线性关系良好,回归方程A=0.264 7C+0.032,r=0.999 0(n=6);平均回收率为97.53%,RSD=1.85%(n=6)。结论紫外分光光度法可用于麻口皮子药的质量控制。
Objective To compare different extraction and content determination methods of total flavonoids in Cortex Zanthoxyli,in order to provide experimental evidence for the rational application of local medicine resources.Methods The detection wavelength was 510 nm.To compare the volumes of total flavonoids extracted by using reflux extraction,ultrasonic extraction and impregnation extraction methods.Results The volume of total flavonoids extracted by reflux extraction was more than the others.The linear detection concentration range of total flavonoids was 0.42-4.2 μg/mL,and the regression equation was A=0.264 7C+0.032,r=0.999 0(n=6).Conclusion The method can be used for the quality control of Cortex Zanthoxyli.
