摘要
目的研究肺康明化学成分。方法复方水提物采用硅胶、大孔吸附树脂进行分离纯化,根据理化性质、波谱数据鉴定所得化合物结构。结果从中分离得到20个化合物,分别鉴定为白屈菜碱(1)、靛蓝(2)、靛玉红(3)、大黄酚(4)、大黄素-8-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5)、梣酮(6)、黄柏酮(7)、辛夷脂素(8)、补骨脂内酯(9)、香草醛(10)、木犀草素(11)、槲皮苷(12)、黄芩苷(13)、熊果酸(14)、硬脂酸(15)、棕榈酸(16)、柠檬酸(17)、苯甲酸(18)、腺苷(19)、胞苷(20)。结论化合物1、5、8、10、12~14、16~18、20均为首次从该复方中分离得到。
AIM To study the chemical constituents from Feikangming.METHODS The aqueous extract of compound recipe was isolated and purified by silica and macroporous adsorption resin,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Twenty compounds were isolated and identified as chelidonine(1),indigotin(2),indirubin(3),chrysophanic acid(4),emodin⁃8⁃O⁃β⁃D⁃glucopyranoside(5),fraxinellone(6),obacunone(7),fargesin(8),psoralen(9),vanillin(10),luteolin(11),quercitrin(12),baicalin(13),ursolic acid(14),stearic acid(15),palmitic acid(16),citric acid(17),benzoic acid(18),adenosine(19),cytidine(20).CONCLUSION Compounds 1,5,8,10,12-14,16-18 and 20 are obtained from this compound recipe for the first time.
