宫颈癌筛查新技术——TruScreen的临床应用 被引量：4

摘要 目的:探讨一种新型宫颈癌筛查方法——TruScreen在宫颈癌及癌前病变筛查中的应用价值。方法:103名妇女同时接受宫颈刮片和TruScreen宫颈癌筛查,宫颈刮片异常或TruScreen宫颈癌筛查异常者在阴道镜下进行活检,行组织病理学检验。结果:TruScreen宫颈癌筛查32例异常者,6例经阴道镜检查诊断为宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN),9例诊断为可疑CIN,而病理学检查确诊19例CIN。宫颈刮片异常者仅3例,其中2例经阴道镜活检确诊为CIN。结论:TruScreen宫颈癌筛查对宫颈癌前期病变有更高的检出率,检出病变准确度与宫颈刮片比较无差异。TruScreen可以起到早期诊断宫颈癌前期病变、预防宫颈癌发生的作用。
