摘要
结合军队卫勤信息化人才队伍建设存在的问题,着眼军队卫勤信息化建设发展趋势,围绕卫勤信息化人才选拔、培训、使用问题,进行系统分析思考,提出了构建四个机制的具体对策。
Combining with the problems existing in cultivating information talented workforce of military health service, focusing on the construction development trend of the informationization, and surrounding the health service informationization talent promotion, training, and deployment, it systematically makes the analysis and puts forward the specific countermeasures for constructing four mechanisms.
