摘要
顶部驱动钻井系统以立根为单元进行钻进,但立根的连接在国内尚没有成熟的技术来实现,使立根的连接和顶驱钻进不能同步进行。为此,分析了国内外海洋钻井平台钻井船用立根连接系统的发展现状,设计了用于海洋钻井平台的立根自动连接系统。该系统主要由钻杆排放架、钻杆输送机构及立根连接机构组成。利用ANSYS有限元软件对系统及关键部件进行了有限元分析,分析结果表明,系统结构可靠,稳定性好,满足系统长期运行的需要。
There has so far been no mature technology to achieve the automatic pipe connection in the top-drive drilling operation on the offshore platform in China.Therefore,the automatic pipe connection system used on offshore drilling platforms was designed.The system mainly consisted of drill pipe racking stand,pipe transportation mechanism and pipe connection mechanism.The ANSYS finite element software was adopted to make an analysis of the system and its key parts.According to the analysis,the key structures were optimized and improved.
