摘要 为了增强丛式井油气开发的适用性,并满足钻机设备在井场间长距离快速搬家的要求,研制了高架轮式移运猫道。该猫道主体内部净空高超过4 m,具有良好的通过性,解决了丛式井钻井中常规猫道与井口设备相互干涉布置困难的问题,其模块化的整体轮式移运装置可在井位切换过程中跟随主机移动,可360°转向,单独移动,缩短了钻机有效作业时间,降低了作业成本,同时设备不需拆装,提高了转场效率和搬家速度。试验及应用结果表明:高架轮式移运猫道各项性能均达到设计要求;在丛式井间跟随主机步进装置移动平稳,不需拆除任何附件,从第1排井横向移运到第2排井仅用2辆10 t铲车即可完成;在钻机搬家时仅用3 h就可完成10 km的整体移运。该猫道的研制成功提高了井口转换效率,使钻机在丛式井油气开发中优势更加明显。 In order to enhance the applicability of cluster wells in oil and gas recovery and to meet the re-quirements of drilling rig to move quickly and over long distance between well sites, a wheeled moving raised cat-walk was developed. The inner space of the catwalk main body is up to 4 m with good passability, which addresses the arranging problem caused by interference between conventional catwalk and wellhead equipment in cluster well drilling platform. The modular integral wheeled moving device can be moved with the rig during well site switching. It can be 360° steering and move alone, shortening the drilling rig effective operating time. The eliminated disas-sembly and assembly operation improves the transition efficiency and moving speed. The results of the experiment and applications show that the performance of the wheeled moving raised catwalk meets the design requirements. The designed catwalk moves smoothly between the cluster wells with the rig platform without removing any attach-ments. Transiting from the first well row to the second well row could be completed using only two 10 t forklifts. The entire moving of 10 km could be completed in just 3 h during rig mobilization.
