摘要
用正交设计法研究了离子缔合物的种类、膜相中活性物浓度和增塑剂3个因素对电极性能的影响,以四苯硼-洛美沙星形成的缔合物为电活性物质研制了涂碳PVC膜洛美沙星电极.其能斯特响应范围为2.0×10^(-3)~1.0×10^(-5)mol/L;检测限为4.0×10^(-6)mol/L,级差为28.9mV/pC.该电极响应迅速,重复性和稳定性好,应用于洛美沙星药片的含量测定,方法简便,结果满意.
The influences of various electroactive materials, concentration of activator in membrane phase and plasticizier on the properties of electrode have been studied by orthogonal design. A carbon rod electrode coated with polyvinyl chloride were prepared by using tetraphenylboron-lomefloxacin aselectroactive material. The Nemstian range of the electrode was from 2.0×10-3 to 1.0×10-5 mol/L,the detection limit was 4.0×10-6 mol/L and the electrode slope was 28. 9mV/pC. The electrodeexhibited characteristics of fast response, good reproducibility and stability. It has been used to determine the lomefloxacin in tablets with satisfactory results.
