基于分子印迹整体柱的高灵敏度四环素选择电极的研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:建立高灵敏度测定样品中四环素的电位分析法。方法:基于分子印迹整体柱,以四环素-磷钨酸离子缔合物为电活性物质,构建成PVC为基质膜的高灵敏度四环素选择电极,并对电极性能指标进行评价。结果:在pH2~4溶液中,电极的线性范围为1×10-8~1×10-3mol.L-1,斜率为58.3mV/pC,检出限为约6×10-9mol.L-1,精密度和准确度好。结论:该电极灵敏度高,选择性好,测定结果准确可靠,可用于药片、人血清、水产品等样品中四环素的含量测定。 Objective:To establish a potentiometric method with high sensitivity to determine tetracycline in various samples.Method:A PVC membrane tetracycline selective electrode with high sensitivity was prepared with the ion-pair of tetracycline-phosphotungstic acid as the electroactive substance,based on molecularly imprinted monolithic column.And then the performance of the electrode was evaluated.Results:The electrode showed a linear Nernst response in the range of 1×10-8-1×10-3 mol· L-1 in a buffer solution of pH 2-4 with a slope of 58.3 mV/pC.The low limit of detection was about 6×10-9 mol· L-1,and the accuracy and precision were good.Conclusion:The proposed electrode is sensitive,selective,accurate and reliable,and thus then can be used for the determination of tetracycline in tablets,human serum and aquatic products,etc.
