摘要
针对传统马铃薯挖掘铲试验研究花费大、周期长的问题,采用三维弹塑性有限元分析方法,分别计算出挖掘铲铲面倾角为5°,10°,15°,20°时土壤的变形和应力;依据作用力与反作用力相等的原理,得出挖掘铲在采用不同铲面倾角时所受的土壤阻力。通过计算结果对比,得出牵引阻力和铲面倾角之间的数学模型,为今后挖掘铲的设计、阻力降低和效率提高提供理论依据。
Aim at large cost and long time problem of traditional experience about potato share,working out soil distortion and stress when share obliquity is 5°,10°,15° and 20° by three-dimensional elastic and plastic finite element methods.According to the principle that action-force is equal to counter-force,it can get share resistance when share obliquity is different and get the math model between drawn resistance and share obliquity by results contrast.It can provide theory base for share design,decreasing resistance and adding efficiency in future.
