基于SPH法船式拖拉机单折面轮叶驱动性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 船式拖拉机的驱动性能很大程度上取决于其行走机构叶轮,轮叶的结构参数是影响船式拖拉机驱动效率的重要指标。为进一步减小轮叶与土壤接触过程中的滚动阻力,提高其驱动性能,在前期研究的HH709S型船式拖拉机直面轮叶优化结构的基础上,构建了单折面轮叶—土壤光滑粒子流体动力学(SPH)模型,分析了单折面轮叶折角处半径、驱动面倾角、非驱动面倾角对驱动性能的影响,最终获得驱动效果最佳的轮叶结构。研究结果表明:优化后单折面轮叶结构的驱动效率与原直叶片相比提高了15.03%,与优化后的直叶轮相比提高了13.65%,推进力做功提升了8.13%,叶轮轮叶驱动性能得到了显著改进。 The driving performance of a boat tractor mainly depends on its running mechanism—the wheel with lugs. The structural parameters of the lug are important indicators that affect the driving efficiency of the boat tractor. In order to further reduce the rolling resistance between the lug and soil, and improve its driving performance, based on the optimized structure of the HH709 S type tractor straight wheel, the smoothed particle hydrodynamics(SPH) model of single-folded lug-soil is constructed, which is used to analyze the influence of the radius of the lug folding angle, the inclination of the driving surface and the inclination of the non-driving surface on the driving performance. Finally, the structure parameters of the lug with the best driving effect are obtained. The results show that the driving efficiency of the single-folded lug is improved by 15.03% compared with the original straight lug, and improved by 13.65% compared with the optimized straight lug, the work done by propulsion is increased by 8.13%.
