摘要
心理咨询,即心灵平等对话的过程,它通过剖析心理失衡的病因,以缓解个体的心理矛盾和冲突,实现自身的和谐、同一,其特征主要有:平等性、民主性、主体性、解剖性、和谐性。在思想政治教育中开展心理咨询,既确保了思想政治教育的平等性、民主性和创造性,又深化了对其思想政治教育方法的规律性认识,同时也为建构和谐社会提供了实践性参考价值。
Psychological consultation,namely the course of equal soul talk,can relieve individual＇s psychological contradiction and conflict and realize one＇s own harmony and identity by analyzing the causes of mental imbalance.And it is characterized by equality,democracy,subjectivity,dissectibility and harmoniousness.The implementation of psychological consultation in ideological and political education can not only guarantee the equality,democracy and creativity of ideological and political education,but deepen the recognition to the regularity of ideological and political education.Meanwhile it can provide practical referential value for constructing harmonious society.
