摘要
在大学生就业率影响高校招生计划、招生数量的多少在某种程度上影响学校经济效益,科研到款、科研成果的数量影响学校地位(排名)等态势下,深刻理解以人为本在高校的主体指向,坚持以学生为本、教师为本、管理者为本的统一,坚持关爱与尊重的统一,坚持民主与法治的统一,坚持人文关怀与制度管理的统一,无疑是消解目前存在于高校的与以人为本相悖、制约高校发展的诸多问题、实现高校又好又快发展的路径与对策。
It is very necessary for colleges and universities to uphold people- centered education and management concept confronted such severe situation as the employment rate influencing the enrollment plan, the amount of enrollment influencing the economical benefit and research fund and scientific research achievements influencing the status of the university. Some measures, therefore should be taken to promote a healthy and fast development of colleges and universities by persisting in the unity of people- centered and management-centered concept, concern and respect concept, democracy and rule by law concept and humanistic care and system management concept.
