摘要
主要综述食品塑料包装材料中可向食品中迁移的单体的毒性、卫生限量标准及各种检测这些单体的手段。此外,还综述了近年来在食品塑料包装材料单体向食品迁移的研究成果及检测方法。
The safety problem of food packing materials,especially,the problem of monomers from food packing materials migration into food products has been become the focus with global extensive attention.The purpose of this review is that we regard the requirements of food packing materials of our country as starting point,offer some references for quality testing missionaries of food packing materials. The review summarized the toxicity,the health limit standards,and different analysis methods of monomers of plastic food packing materials which can migrate into food.In addition,the recent research results and analysis methods of food packing materials monomers migration were also discussed.
