摘要
目的:制备超顺磁性四氧化三铁壳聚糖纳米粒,并检测物理和磁学性质。方法:共沉淀法制备超顺磁性四氧化三铁壳聚糖纳米粒,通过透射电镜与原子力显微镜、X射线粉末衍射法、振动样品磁场计和激光衍射粒度分析仪初步分析其形态和磁性。结果:所得样品核心为四氧化三铁晶体,粒径为20~30 nm,矫顽力为0.532 oe,剩磁为1.281 8×10-5 emu,饱和磁化0.01152 emu。结论:制备的样品具有粒径小,分散性好,超顺磁性的特点,可以作为非病毒基因的载体。
Objective:To prepare superparamagnetic Fe3O4 chitosan nanoparticle and detect its physicalmagnetic properties.Methods:Superparamagnetic Fe3O4 chitosan nanoparticles were prepared through chemical coprecipitation.The sample was analysed with configuration and magnetism by transmisson electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy,X-ray powder diffraction,vibrating sample magnetometer,laser diffraction particle size analyser,respectively.Results:The core of sample was Fe3O4 crystal,with the diameter of chitosan-coated particles ranging from 20 to 30 nm,the coercive force of 0.532 oe,residual magnetism of 1.281 8×10-5 emu and saturation magnetization of 0.011 52 emu. Conclusion:Small size,good dispersibility and superparamagnetic characteristic make Fe3O4 chitosan nanoparticle as a non-viral gene carrier.
