摘要
目的:探讨恶性胸膜间皮瘤的临床特点、诊断、治疗及预后。方法:回顾分析32例恶性胸膜间皮瘤患者的临床资料。结果:恶性胸膜间皮瘤的主要症状为胸痛、呼吸困难、咳嗽;CT及X线主要表现为胸腔积液、胸膜不规则增厚、胸膜结节,其确诊主要依据术后病理、胸膜活检。结论:恶性胸膜间皮瘤以胸痛、呼吸困难、咳嗽为主要症状,胸膜活检为主要确诊方法,以手术为主的综合治疗可延长生存期,改善生活质量。
ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical features,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of malignant pleural mesothelioma.MethodThe clinical data of 32 cases with malignant pleural mesothelioma were retrospectively analyzed.ResultsThe main manifestations of malignant pleural mesothelioma were chest pain,dyspnea and cough.CT and X-ray mainly showed pleural effusion,irregular pleural thickening and pleural nodule.The diagnosis of malignant pleural mesothelioma was based on postoperative pathological examine and pleural biopsy.ConclusionChest pain,dyspnea and cough are the main symptoms of malignant pleural mesothelioma,pleural biopsy is the main confirmed diagnosis method,the comprehensive treatment based on operation can prolong the life span and improve the living quality.
