摘要
高校院级科研平台是提高我国科技创新能力的重要战略资源,也是高校建设世界一流研究性大学的必备条件。高校院级科研平台的可持续发展是管理中的突出问题。本文将经典的现代管理理论与科研平台的开放创新管理实践相结合,提出了科研平台可持续发展过程中的管理理念、人员管理、运行经费、管理措施等实际问题的解决办法,并对高校科研平台的开放创新管理进行了探索和实践。
The college-level research platform of universities is not only the important strategic resource to enhancing scientific and technological ability for innovation, but also one of prerequisites of building a world-class research university. How to achieve sustainable development is the outstanding issue on management of college-level research platforms. In this paper, the classic and modern management theory were used for opening and innovation management practice to solve the problem of management, such as management consciousness, personnel management, operation expenses, and other practical solutions to the problem. These initiatives have the exploration and practice guidance value.
