摘要
以BK55变量柱塞泵为主要研究对象,在考虑油液可压缩性的基础上,利用流体分析软件,采用动网格技术和空化模型,通过仿真和试验研究配流盘负遮盖结构对配流特性的影响,并与油研A56、力士乐A10V71和零遮盖技术的配流盘特性进行对比。结果表明:采用2°~5°的配流盘负遮盖角是可行的,可以有效地降低配流过程中产生的冲击,明显减小斜盘振动和降低配流噪声。
Taking BK55 axial variable displacement piston pump as the main research object,considering the oil compressibility,the flow simulation software,dynamic mesh technology and cavitation model were used to study the influence of negative overlap port plate structure on valve port characteristics of the axial variable displacement piston pump by CFD simulation analysis and test,and valve port characteristics of BK55 pump were compared with those of Yuken A56,Rexroth A10V71 and zero-overlap port plate piston pump.The results show that 2°~5° negative overlap angles is feasible and the shock in valve port process can be effectively reduced,valve plate vibration is obviously reduced and valve port noise is lower.
