往复柱塞泵转套式配流系统的水润滑分析 被引量:2

Analysis of Water Lubricated Rotating-Sleeve Distributing-Flow System for Reciprocating Plunger Pump

摘要 针对往复柱塞泵转套式配流系统中转套与泵体间的润滑问题,本文将摩擦副当作特殊的滑动轴承,耦合Fluent软件和Fortran编程方法进行数值模拟,对往复柱塞泵转套式配流系统水润滑进行分析。预设偏心率和转套与泵体圆心连线水平方向夹角的初始值,利用Fluent自定义函数,采用动网格和滑移网格技术,求得该配流系统的整体流场;随后将求得的泵腔内流体对转套的压力以及弹簧力的合力作为转套与泵体间润滑膜的外载荷,利用Fortran编程求得该外载荷对应的偏心率与偏位角;根据求得的偏心率与偏位角和预设值之间的误差,松弛迭代偏心率和设定的夹角直至达到收敛精度,最后对3个时刻下的偏心率和偏位角进行分析比较。分析结果表明,该研究可有效判断出不同时刻下转套与泵体间的润滑状态。本文为往复柱塞泵转套式配流系统的润滑设计提供了有效可行的方法。 Aiming at the lubrication problem between the rotating-sleeve and pump body of reciprocating plunger pump,the friction pair is considered as a special sliding bearing.The water lubrication of the reciprocating plunger pump is analyzed by coupling Fluent software and Fortran programming method.Under the condition that the initial eccentricity and the angle between the horizontal direction and the connecting line that connects the center of the rotating-sleeve and the center of the pump body are preset,the simulation of the whole flow field of the reciprocating plunger pump is accomplished by using the User-defined-function,the dynamic mesh and the slip mesh technique in the Fluent software.Then,the pressure of the fluid in the pump cavity and the force of the spring are taken as the additional load of the lubricant film between the rotating-sleeve and the pump body.The eccentricity and deflection angle corresponding to the additional load are calculated by using Fortran programming.According to the error between the eccentricity and the deflection angle and the preset values,the eccentricity and angle set before are relaxed to achieve the convergence accuracy.Finally,the eccentricity and the deflection angle of the three moments were compared.The analysis results show that the study can effectively judge the lubrication state between the rotating-sleeve and the pump body at different times,and provide an effective method for the lubrication design of the rotating-sleeve Distribution-flow System for Reciprocating Plunger Pump.
