摘要
目的:探讨自动化系统的启用对我院急诊药房调剂工作带来的影响。方法:结合自动化储药、发药系统的工作流程及在我院的使用情况,对现有的工作模式进行分析。结果:该系统的应用提高了工作准确率、降低了劳动强度、改善了工作环境、提高了服务质量。结论:自动化调剂系统在急诊药房的应用,改变了传统调剂模式,实现调剂模式从"人找药品"到"药品找人"的转变。
Objective：To explore the influence of automatic system on the dispensing work in emergency pharmacy.Methods：The existing work mode was analyzed based on the application and workflow of automatic drug storage and dispensing system in our hospital.Results：The application of the automatic dispensing system improved the working accuracy,reduced labor intensity and ameliorated the working environment,promoted the quality of service.Conclusion：The application of automatic dispensing system in the emergency pharmacy has transferred the traditional dispensing mode from ＂looking for drugs＂ to ＂looking for pharmacist＂.
