摘要
目的:探索建立采供分离新体制下的药学保障新模式。方法:通过比较、学习、实践、研究,不断探索、总结、完善、提高。结果:药学保障新模式已俱雏形,包括五个方面:以病人为中心的药学服务模式、以经济高效为目标的物流模式、以临床药学为方向的科研模式、以机制创新为重点的管理模式、以和谐向上为准则的文化建设模式。结论:我院药学保障新模式适应医院发展,能够提供病人和临床全方位的药学服务。
Objective： To build a new pharmaceutical support model after drug purchasing business was separated out. Methods： An integrated approach was used to comparing different drug support models in medical organizations of different levels, then a new solution was formed step by step. Results： A new advanced pharmaceutical support model had been basically established, including pharmaceutical care services, an efficient drug supply logistics system, the scientific research in clinical pharmacy area, the innovative management methods and the harmonious business culture. Conclusion： The new model met the demands of hospital development, which could provide the satisfied pharmaceutical services of high levels to the patients and the clinic.
