摘要
采用官群等人编制的中国中小学生积极心理品质量表,对小学4-6年级学生进行问卷调查。结果发现,小学生在人际维度和超越维度得分较高,而在认知维度、情感维度、公正维度和节制维度均得分相对较低。三个年级的学生同时需重点培养的品质为:创造力、求知力、思维与洞察力、真诚、领导力、宽容、谦虚、持重品质;同时,还需重点培养五、六年级学生心灵触动品质。针对重点培养的品质,笔者提出培养策略。
This article aims to probe into upper primary school students' psychological characters, by using the Chinese Primary and Secondary School Students' Positive Psychological Characters Testing Scale, devised by Guan Qun and other scholars. According to the results, the primary school students achieved high scores on inter- personal and transcendence dimensions, but low scores on the dimensions involving cognition, emotions, justice and self-control. Consequently, the primary school students from Grade 4, Grade 5 and Grade 6 are supposed to receive training on such psychological characters as creativity, knowledge seeking, thinking (plus insight), sincerity, leadership, tolerance, modesty, and discreetness; in particular, the primary school students from Grade 5 and Grade 6 must receive training on soul touching. In conclusion, the article gives corresponding strategies for the cultivation of the aforesaid psychological characters.
