摘要
目的探讨p53和Ki67在人脑胶质瘤中的表达及意义。方法采用S-P免疫组织化学法检测10例正常脑组织及208例人脑胶质瘤组织中p53和Ki67的表达。结果 p53和Ki67在正常脑组织中均无表达。p53在Ⅰ~Ⅱ级和Ⅲ~Ⅳ级胶质瘤组织中的阳性表达率分别为52.8%和74.1%,Ki67在Ⅰ~Ⅱ级和Ⅲ~Ⅳ级胶质瘤组织中的阳性表达率分别为17.8%和67.1%。p53在Ⅲ~Ⅳ级胶质瘤组织中的表达明显高于其在正常脑组织和Ⅰ~Ⅱ级胶质瘤组织中的表达(χ2=22.004,P=0.000;χ2=9.610,P=0.002)。p53在Ⅰ~Ⅱ级胶质瘤组织中的表达明显高于其在正常脑组织中的表达(χ2=10.336,P=0.001)。Ki67在Ⅲ~Ⅳ级胶质瘤组织中的表达明显高于其在正常脑组织和Ⅰ~Ⅱ级胶质瘤组织中的表达(χ2=16.765,P=0.000;χ2=51.596,P=0.000)。而Ki67在正常脑组织中及Ⅰ~Ⅱ级胶质瘤组织中的表达差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.143,P=0.143)。结论 p53和Ki67在脑胶质瘤的发生中可能起重要作用,二者与胶质瘤的恶性程度相关。
Objeetlve To investigate the expressions and significance of p53 and Ki67 in human glioma. Methods The expressions of p53 and Ki67 were detected by immunohistochemical methods in 208 cases of human glioma and 10 cases of normal brain tissues. Results There was no positive expression of p53 and Ki67 in normal brain tissues. However, in grade Ⅰ-Ⅱand grade Ⅲ~Ⅳ gliomas, the positive expression rates of p53 were 53% and 74% respectively,and the positive expression rates of Ki67 were 18% and 67% respectively. The positive expression rate of p53 in grade Ⅲ~Ⅳ gliomas was significantly higher than that in normal brain tissues and in grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ gliomas ( P 〈 0.01 ). The positive expression rate of Ki67 in grade Ⅲ~Ⅳ gliomas was significantly higher than that in normal brain tissues and in grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ gliomas ( P ≤0.01 ), but there was no significant difference between the positive expression rate of Ki67 in grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ gliomas and that in normal brain tissues ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The p53 and Ki67 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of human glioma,which are correlated with the malignant degree of glioma.
