摘要 目的:探讨p53,Ki67,VEGF,MMP-9在胶质瘤组织中的表达及其与肿瘤恶性程度之间的相关性。方法:用免疫组化方法检测10例正常脑组织和38例胶质瘤组织中p53,Ki67,VEGF,MMP-9的表达,并与肿瘤恶性度进行相关性分析。结果:Ki67和MMP-9表达与胶质瘤恶性程度有关(P<0.05),而其他生物学指标的表达与胶质瘤恶性程度无显著性相关。VEGF和MMP-9的表达呈显著正相关(P<0.05),p53表达与Ki67,VEGF,MMP-9表达呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论:Ki67和MMP-9阳性表达可以作为评价胶质瘤恶性程度的生物学指标。 Objective: To investigate the expressions of p53,Ki67,VEGF and MMP-9 in glioma tissues, and their correlations with glioma malignancy. Methods: The expression of p53, Ki67, VEGF and MMP-9 in 10 cases of normal brain tissues and 38 eases of glioma were assessed by immunohistochemistry, and their correlations with glioma malignancy were statistically analyzed. Results: The expression of Ki67 and MMP- 9 was correlated with glioma malignancy(P 〈0.05 ). There was no statistically significant difference between other biological markers with glioma malignancy. There was a positive correlation between VEGF and MMP- 9 (P 〈 0.05 ). In addition, the expression of p53 had a positive correlation with the expression of Ki67, VEGF and MMP-9, respectively (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: The expression of Ki67 and MMP-9 were two objective biological markers for estimating the glioma malignancy.
