摘要
增权理论是社会工作研究中一个重要的领域。增权已成为我国港台地区及欧美国家一些社工服务机构的重要工作理念,同时也是服务于弱势群体的一个新视角。家庭暴力中的受虐女性作为受害者,在婚姻关系中有着强烈的无能感、无助感。她们或考虑到孩子,或是经济缺乏独立性等因素仍然生活在"家暴"这种不幸的婚姻生活中。而增权是她们摆脱家庭暴力的最佳途径。
Empowerment is the best area of social work research.Empowerment has become an important work conception for some social work institution which stand in Chinese Hongkong and Taiwan,and in Europe and America.At the same time,it is a new angle to help the vulnerable group.An abused wife,as the victim in domestic violence,feels a strong sense of useless and helpless in their marriage.And because of kids or lack of economic independence,they still suffer from this.Empowerment is the best way for them to get rid of domestic violence.
