以白云石和盐酸为原料制备氢氧化镁的研究 被引量:7

摘要 介绍了以白云石经废盐酸酸化、除铁等精制过程得到的氯化镁为原料,以白云石灰乳为沉淀剂制备氢氧化镁的工艺流程。研究了原料的物质的量比、反应温度、加料时间、陈化时间等因素对产品质量的影响。结果表明,该工艺制备的氢氧化镁纯度达到98%以上,CaO质量分数低于0.5%,颗粒呈片状结构,形貌规则,分散性较好。 Magnesium hydroxide was prepared with magnesium chloride as raw material and dolomitic lime as precipitant.Magnesium chloride was prepared through dolomite acidified by waste hydrochloric acid.The effects of the ratio of raw materials,reaction temperature,feeding time and aging time on the purity of magnesium hydroxide were studied.The result showed that the content of magnesium hydroxide of the product was more than 98%,and the concent of calcium oxide was less than 0.5%.The morphology of the particles was lamellar with excellent dispersity and the size of the particles was uniform.
