摘要
本文探索了低品位菱镁矿综合利用的新途径.以低品位菱镁矿为原料,在950℃煅烧,研究煅烧时间对低品位菱镁矿失重率的影响,通过正交实验研究时间、温度、CaCl2剂量、CO2流量对Mg2+、Ca2+溶出率的影响,确定镁溶出的最佳工艺条件,并使用氨法生产Mg(OH)2,沉淀洗涤烘干后生产出氧化镁.结果表明,菱镁矿950℃时最佳煅烧时间为2 h,正交实验确定了镁溶出最佳工艺参数为:溶出温度50℃,溶出时间4 h,CaCl2剂量1倍,CO2流量480 mL/h,在此条件下镁钙溶出率之比为11.2.使用氨法生产Mg(OH)2沉淀,最终在800℃下煅烧2.5 h,制得氧化镁的纯度为90.6%,镁回收率为80.6%.
A new approach of comprehensive utilization for a low grade magnesite was studied.Taken the low grade magnesite as the material,calcined at 950 ℃,effect of calcining time on the weight loss of the low-grade magnesite was discussed.By the orthogonal experiment,the influence of time,temperature,CaCl2 and CO2 on the dissolution ratio of magnesium were investigated.Produced Mg(OH)2 lay ammonification of the magnesite,through washing and drying the precipitate,MgO was prepared.The results showed that the best calcining time is 2 h for the magnesite heated at 950 ℃.The optimum technological parameters for the magnesium dissolation are: 50 ℃ for temperature,4 h for dissolution time,double time for CaCl2 dose,480 mL/h for CO2 flux.Under this condition,the dissolution ratio is 11.2,by asing the Mg(OH)2 precipitate formed from ammonification.Calcined the precipitate at 800 ℃ for 2.5 h,purity of the MgO is 90.6%,recovery ratio is 80.6%.
