摘要
目的了解医务人员对药品不良反应的认知水平和态度,为进一步开展不良反应报告和检测工作制定更加有效的干预措施,依此提高医院不良反应上报率。方法利用全院业务学习的机会,对参加学习的医务人员发放调查问卷,进行现场调查,对调查结果进行统计分析。结果笔者所在医院医务人员对不良反应的概念掌握较好,准确率达93.5%,而对其他知识掌握较差,认知水平普遍较差。医务人员对不良反应呈报态度总体端正,但也存在误区。结论加强不良反应知识宣传培训,端正态度,增强医务人员上报意识可以提高上报率。
Objective To understand awareness level and attitude of the hospital medical staff on adverse drug reac- tions （ADR）, for the further development of ADR reporting and testing of more effective interventions, and so improve the hospital＇s ADR reporting rate. Methods The hospital - wide business opportunities to learn, to participate in the study of the medical staff issuing the questionnaire, site survey, the survey results were analyzed. Results The hospital medical staff better grasp on the concept of ADR, accuracy of 93.5% , while other poor grasp of knowledge, cognitive level was generally poor. Hospital medical staff on ADR reporting attitudes in general correct, but there are errors. Conclusion ADR awareness training knowledge, attitudes, increase awareness of medical personnel to report can improve ADR reporting rate.
