摘要
超声化学处理作为制备纳米材料的一种十分有效的技术,已引起越来越多科学研究者的重视。综合介绍了超声应用于制备纳米材料的主要方法,阐述了近几年超声法制备纳米材料的研究进展,总结了超声应用于制备纳米材料的机理、通用性以及在超声条件下各种方法制备纳米材料对形貌控制、颗粒粒径大小的关键作用,并展望了应用超声技术制备纳米材料的发展前景,为制备可控制性纳米材料的研究提供了参考。
Chemical ultrasonic treatment as an effective technique for the preparation of nano-materials has attracted more and more attentions of scientific researchers.Major methods that applying ultrasonic technique in the preparation of nano-materials were generally introduced.Research progress in the preparation of nano-materials by ultrasonic methods in recent years was elaborated.In addition,a summary was given about the mechanism and universality already acquired of the ultrasonic preparation of nano-materials,meanwhile,the key action of ultrasonic conditions on controlling morphology and particle size of nano-materials by different preparation methods was also discussed.At last,development of ultrasonic technique in the preparation of nano-materials in future was proposed.Study will provide a reference for the research on the preparation of controllable nano-materials.
