摘要
纳米级的氧化铁红粉体在功能陶瓷、催化、颜料及磁材等领域有着广泛的应用,但由于产率,设备等原因使其尚未在工业上大量生产。所以其制备的方法也成为了当前的一个研究热点。本文对液相法、超声沉淀法、强迫水解法、无机盐水解法、凝胶-溶胶法、水热法作出了较详细的总结和分析。
The nanometer iron oxide red powder was wildly applied in functional ceramics, catalysis, pigment, magnetism materials and so on. Because of the production rate and equipment et al, this product hadn't be mass-produced. Therefore, its preparation method also became a current research hot spot. The liquid phase, the supersonic precipitation method, the force hydrolisis, the inorganic salt-water solution, the gelatin-sol method, and the water hot process were summarized and analyzed detailedly.
