香菇菌渣吸附水溶液中重金属铅的研究 被引量:19

摘要 为了研究香菇菌渣在吸附水体中重金属的效果,将香菇菌渣加入含重金属铅的水溶液中,在转速120 r.·min^-1,温度为25℃的振荡器中进行振荡吸附,然后,用G2玻璃砂芯漏斗过滤,PEAA800原子吸收光谱仪测定滤液中的铅浓度,分别测定了不同吸附时间、菌渣用量、菌渣粒径、pH、Pb^2+浓度条件下香菇菌渣的吸附效果。结果表明:菌渣用量为3.0 g·L^-1,Pb^2+浓度为80 mg·L^-1时,吸附2 h就基本达到吸附平衡;菌渣用量4.0 g·L-1,Pb^2+浓度为80 mg·L^-1时,菌渣对铅的吸附率为87%;菌渣用量为2.0 g·L^-1,Pb^2+浓度为50和100 mg·L^-1时,菌渣粒径的变化对铅的吸附率影响较小;菌渣用量为3.0 g·L^-1,Pb^2+浓度为80mg·L^-1,pH为3.2-^5.6时,菌渣对铅的吸附率为84%以上,且pH变化对吸附率影响很小;菌渣用量为3.0 g.L^-1时,溶液中Pb2+浓度越低,菌渣对铅的吸附率越高,溶液中Pb2+浓度为20 mg·L^-1,菌渣对铅的吸附率达到97%。 In order to study the heavy metal adsorption effect of Spent Shiitake ( Lentinula edodes) Substrate (SSS) from water body, SSS was used to adsorb the lead in aqueous solution. SSS was added to the aqueous solution containing lead, and the solution was placed in a constant-temperature shaker at the spin speed of 120 r/min under 25 ℃ for different time treatments, then the solution was filtered, and the lead concentration in the filtered solution was determined. The treatments including adsorption time, the amount and particle size of SSS, solution pH value, Pb^2+ concentration in the aqueous solution were designed to study their effects on the adsorption rate of lead in the aqueous solution. The following results were obtained in this study : adsorption balance was kept in 2 h when SSS usage was 3.0g/L and Pb^2 + concentration was 80 nag/L; adsorption rate of lead by SSS was 87 % when SSS usage was 4.0g/L and Pb^2 + concentration was 80 mg/L; the particle size of SSS had low influence on the lead adsorption rate when the SSS usage was 2.0g/L and the Pb^2 + concentrations were 50 and 100 mg/ L, respectively; the adsorption rate of lead by SSS was above 84 % and the pH value had little influence on the adsorption rate when SSS usage was 3.0g/L, Pb^2 + concentration was 80 mg/L and pH value was 3.2 -5.6; when the SSS usage was 3.0 g/L, with lower Pb2+ coneentration in the solution, the lead adsorbed by SSS were higher and the adsorption rate reached 97 % when Pb^2 + concentration was 20 mg/ L.
