摘要
目的采用高效液相色谱法测定六味五灵片中连翘苷的含量。方法采用Shim-packVP-ODS色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(23:77),检测波长为277nm,流速为1.0mL/min,柱温40℃。结果连翘苷在0.1269～5.076μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=638187X+27721(r2=0.9997)。平均回收率为101.36%,RSD=1.48%。结论本法灵敏、准确、专属性强,回收率高,重复性好,可作为六味五灵片中连翘苷含量的检测方法。
Objective To establish the method for determining forsythin in Liuwei Wuling Pian by HPLC. Methods The analysis was achieved on a Shim-pack VP-ODS column （150 mm×4.6mm,5μm} with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water {23 ： 77） at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detective wavelength was 277 nm and the column temperature was 40 ℃. Results The calibration curves of forsythin showed that the linearity was completely acceptable between O. 126 9--5.076 μg. The linearity equation was Y=638 187）（＋ 27 721 （r2 =0.999 7）. The average recovery of forsythin was 101.36%, with RSD of 1.48%. Conclusion The method was simple, rapid and feasible for the quantification of forsythin in Liuwei Wuling Plan.
