摘要
目的观察六味五灵片联合二甲双胍片治疗脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法将121例脂肪肝患者随机分为治疗组(61例)和对照组(60例)。治疗组口服六味五灵片和二甲双胍片,对照组只口服二甲双胍片,疗程均为24周,观察两组患者治疗前后的临床症状、肝功能及血脂水平。结果治疗组患者治疗后谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)下降幅度及血脂改善情况均明显优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论六味五灵片联合二甲双胍能够明显改善脂肪肝患者的肝功能及血脂状况,并且未见明显不良反应。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Metformin hydrochloride tablets combined with Liuweiwuling tablets on fatty liver disease. Methods A total of 121 fatty liver patients were randomly divided into treatment group(61 cases) and control group(60 cases). The treatment group were treated with Liuweiwuling tablets and Metformin hydrochloride tablets;while the control group were only given Metformin hydrochloride tablets. The treatment are all for 24 weeks. At the meantime, observe the clinical symptoms, liver function and blood lipid levels. Results After 24 weeks’ treatment, the descend range of ALT and GGT and the levels of TG and TC of the treatment group were greater than the control group, and the difference was statistically signiifcant (P < 0.05). Conclusions The therapy of Liuweiwuling tablets combined with Metformin hydrochloride tablets could improve liver function and blood lipid levels for patients with fatty liver disease and there’s no obvious adverse reaction during the research.
