摘要 通过分析现有技术转移模式的特征以及技术转移对企业吸收技术能力的需求,探讨技术转移中介的行为类型和角色,并阐述技术转移中介对技术转移的潜在贡献。 This thesis analyzes characteristics of technology transfer,and its demand to enterprises＇ absorption ability.It discusses actions and roles of intermediaries in technology transfer,and also the contribution of intermediaries to technology transfers.
