电解提高医药化工废水可生化性的研究

摘要 采用自制的电解装置处理医药化工废水,通过实验,确立了废水初始pH、电流密度、极板间距等工艺参数的最佳值,在此基础上,研究了电解对废水可生化性的影响。结果表明:在最佳工艺条件下,对废水进行1h的电解处理,CODCr的去除率达到36.56%,废水的B/C从0.11上升到0.41。可见,电解可以有效地提高医药化工废水的可生化性。 A self-regulating electrolytic set was used to treat pharmaceutical and chemical wastewater, the optimal technical conditions was established by experiment, including initial wastewater pH, current density, and electrode destances. On that basis, the influence of electrolysis on wastewater's biodegradability was researched. The results showed that, after 1 hour's electrolysis disposal under the optimal technical conditions, the removal rate of CODcr was 36.56 %, B/C ratio increased from 0.11 to 0.41. It was concluded that the electrolysis could improve pharmaceutical and chemical wastewater's biodegradability efficiently.
