摘要
从面向基层服务的角度,将各省市的县级图书馆的投入与产出情况结合起来进行比较研究,发现各省市的县级图书馆服务能力的差异是存在的,主要是源于长期投入的累积差异,而投入产出率则依赖于科学配置和充分利用。
The purpose of the present study is to propose a conceptual model and empirically test the relationships between input and output in county-level public libraries in Chinese provinces by using Principal Component Analysis. The result shows that affect of libraries＇ input significantly explain output. There is a strong relationship between input and output of libraries, while it does not provide reliable evidence of library＇s scale affecting its input-output ratio.
