摘要
针对中国石油吉林石化公司现有柴油加氢装置的生产要求,对2008年度柴油加氢装置停工检修(三年一修)过程中发现的一些问题进行了分析比较,提出了反应系统在线清洗、高压分离器底防止淤垢堆积以及高压空冷结垢清理技术等建议,通过采用高效清洗技术、根据实际改变注水结构等方法,解决腐蚀、结垢以及影响装置平稳运行的一些问题,达到安全生产的目的,提高装置运行效果。
According to the production requirements for the existing diesel oil hydrogenation plant of Jilin Petrochemical Co.,some of the problems identified during the course of the plant dountime were analyzed and compared.Some suggestions,such as using online cleaning for reaction system,using high-pressure air-cooling technology for high pressure separator and so on,were proposed.By using highly efficient cleaning technology,according to the actual ity to change the quantity of water injection,we resolved the corrosion and scaling problems so as to achieve the purpose of safety,and to improve the running effect.
