摘要
介绍了中国石化股份有限公司天津分公司加氢装置高压气液分离器沉筒液面计的不锈钢连接管连多硫酸应力腐蚀开裂 ,加氢反应产物与柴油换热器的不锈钢管束硫化铵、氯化铵垢下腐蚀以及加氢反应器内部泡罩脆性应力开裂的相关机理 ,并结合装置的实际生产情况从工艺控制和设备正确选材两方面提出了预防措施。
Here introduced are the stress corrosion cracking by polythionic acid of the connection pipes for level indicators of high-pressure gas-liquid separator, under-deposit corrosion by ammonia sulfide and ammonia chloride of stainless steel tubes of heat exchanger for reactant and diesel and brittle stress cracking of bubble cap in the hydrofining reactor of the hydrofining unit of Tianjin Petrochemical Co., Ltd./SINOPEC The prevention measures are recommended in respect of operation, process control and material selection for equipment.
