摘要
采用毛细管气相色谱法测定了益肾胶囊中胆甾－４－烯－３－酮、胆甾－３，６－二酮的含量，为该制剂制度质量标准提供了参考依据。
The steroids of cholest 4 ene 3 one and cholestane 3,6 dion in Yisheng Capsules were determined by capillary gas chromatography.The results provide a reference to work out its quality standard.
