摘要
采用毛细管气相色谱法测定了益肾胶囊中胆甾－4－烯－3－酮、胆甾－3，6－二酮的含量，为该制剂制订质量标准提供了参考依据。
The steroids of cholest-4-ene-3-one and cholestane-3,6-dion in 'Yisheng' Capsule containing substances of tonifying the kidney were determined by capillary gas chromatography.The results provide a reference to working out the quality standard.
