爆炸冲击震动致犬神经内分泌改变及应激损害的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察爆炸强烈冲击震动对犬神经内分泌的影响并探讨有效预防措施。方法:分别应用清醒、麻醉、阻断肾上腺素能神经和抑制促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)犬布放于爆心周围。检测爆炸震动前后犬平均动脉压、血浆ACTH、去甲肾上腺素(NE)和皮质醇水平变化以及重要脏器的病理变化。结果:清醒犬受到强烈震动后,血浆上述三种激素水平明显升高,血压较震前升高,脑、心、肺、肝、肾等均有不同程度损伤;而麻醉、阻断肾上腺素能神经和抑制ACTH的犬神经内分泌改变不明显,脏器损害较轻且发生例数也较少。结论:上述神经内分泌改变与急性应激反应有关,脏器组织损伤可能系应激反应所致。 AIM: To observe the effects of strong shock-vibration on canine neuroendocrin after explosion and explore effective prevention measures. METHODS:Conscious, anesthetic, adrenergic depressing and ACTH depressing canines were located around the explosion center, and canine mean arterial pressure, blood plasmic ACTH, noradrenalin(NE), corticosteroid level and pathologic alteration of important viscera were determined. RESULTS:Three kinds of hormone level in conscious canine blood plasma above markedly increased after vigorous vibration. Mean arterial pressure became higher than that before vibration. Brain, heart, lungs, liver and kidney were injured in different degrees; but in the canines under anesthesia, adrenergic depression and ACTH depression, their neuroendocrine alteration were not obvious, viscera and organism injury were slight and the number of injury canine was few. CONCLUSION:Canine neuroendocrine alteration was related to acute stress reaction, and viscera and organism injury may suffer from neuroendocrine alteration.
