摘要
分析了数字滤波技术中惯性滤波和滑动平均滤波器的数学原理,性能和特点。根据称重系统的实际需要和精度要求,并基于惯性滤波和滑动平均滤波法设计了一种复合数字滤波器。通过实验验证该滤波器能更加有效地滤除称重传感器信号中的干扰信号。并给出了本方法应用的领域和要求。
The mathematics' principles, performances and characteristics of inertial filtering and sliding average filtering are analyzed. A compound digital filtering method based on inertial filtering method and sliding average filtering method are designed, in order to satisfy the actual needs and precision requirements of weighing sensor. Experiments show that the filter can effectively straining interference signal in weighing sensor signal.
