A New Green Chemical Technology: Supercritical Fluid Extraction as a Sample Preparation Tool in Harmful Chemical Residue Analysis

摘要 综述了超临界萃取作为样品制备技术在痕量药检分析中的应用。研究了生物基质对有效萃取目标检测物的影响及提高萃取率的途径。并重点评述了减少类脂杂质、选择性的分离目标检测物的非在线吸附剂收集与在线吸附剂收集技术。从而展示了SFE作为绿色化学技术具有萃取率高、使用溶剂少,分离步骤少,环境无害等明显优于传统方法的特点。 Supercritical fluid extraction as a sample preparation tool for harmful chemical residue analysis in analytical toxicology are reviewed. The influences of the biological matrix on selectively extraction of the target analytes and the strategies for increasing the extractivity were studied. In-line sorbent trapping and off-line sorbent trapping techniques were mainly introduced for eliminating or reducing the co-extracted lipids artifacts in order to selectively isolate trace level of analytes. SFE as a green chemical technology offers better recoveries, less solvent consumption, less sample handling steps, cleaner extracts and environmentally friendly to conventional technology.
