摘要
为综合利用废次烟叶,考察了用超临界c02从废次烟叶中提取烟碱工艺条件包括萃取压力、温度、时间、CO2流量、夹带剂组成及用量等对烟碱提取率及提取纯度的影响,得到的较佳工艺条件为:萃取压力23~25MPa、萃取温度50~55℃、萃取时间150~180min、C02流量16~18L·h^-1、夹带剂70%~80%(体积分数)乙醇、夹带剂用量为烟末质量的4~6倍。在此条件下烟碱提取率超过90%,烟碱提取纯度可迫70%。
In order to make full use of waste tobacco, the technological parameters, including extracting pressure, temperature, time, flux of CO2, the composition and volume of the entrainer, for the extraction of nicotine in waste tobacco with supereritical CO2 fluid and their effects on the yield and purity of extracted nicotine were investigated. The optimal extracting conditions were as follows: the pressure was 23- 25MPa, temperature 50 - 55℃, time 150 - 180miniutes, flux of CO2 16 - 18 litres per hour, entrainer 70% - 80% (v/v) alcohol and the mass ratio of tobacco to entrainer was 1:4 - 6. The results showed that under such extracting conditions, the yield and purity of nicotine were 〉 90% and up to 70%, respectively.
